Class - 310 - Introduction to Routers and Router Jigs (Winter - March 30) Section 2

SERIES OF CLASSES

Students will learn how to use a router, including hand-held routers and those that are mounted in a router table. You will understand how router jigs can expand the tool's capabilities and will gain suggestions for building your own router jigs. 

Class Schedule: One two-hour online session (online) and one two-hour in-person session (in the shop). Note: There are two sections of this class.  The first meeting is on Zoom on March 29 and is shared by both sections. The second meeting is in the Shop on March 31 with Section 1 meeting from 4:30-6:30 pm and Section 2 meeting 7-9 pm.  Students will be sent the Zoom information before the first class.

Prerequisites: None

Membership Requirements: For insurance purposes, this class requires membership in the San Diego Fine Woodworkers Association.  Annual dues are $35.  If you are not already a member, please join here.  For insurance reasons, all SDFWA classes require students to be at least 18 years old.

Refund policy:

1. Up to two weeks notice: Full refund
2. Up to one week notice: 50% refund or credit
3. Less than one week notice or failure to appear: No refund or credit
4. Class canceled: Full refund

If a class does not have an adequate number of registered students one week prior to the posted start date, the class may be canceled.
