Learn the basics of SketchUp and how to use it to develop plans for woodworking projects. All classes are held on Zoom.
A copy of the book A Need-to-Know Approach to SketchUp, by Julia Cornuelle, will be provided.
Class Schedule: Five two-hour classes and four one-hour question sessions.
Wednesday morning classes are two hours long. The Monday evening question sessions are one hour and are centered around student questions. (Due to Punchpass limitations, the schedule shows two hours for the question session, but they are one hour.)
This class is open to the public; SDFWA membership is not required.
Prerequisites:
1) You must have a computer (PC or MAC). Many students prefer to have two screens: one for the zoom screen and one to follow along in the SketchUp workspace. A three-button mouse is required.
2) You must have SketchUp Make 2017 (free version) installed. A link will be provided to download the program once enrolled.
